What does one do if he doubts his ritual purity during prayer?

Machine translationRead the Arabic original
Question:
I feel a drop of urine coming out. Am I required to leave the prayer to verify this, or should I proceed on the basis of the original state, which is ritual purity?

Answer:
You must proceed on the basis of the original state, and do not pay attention to it, and do not leave; because the most likely explanation is that this is from obsessive thoughts and Satan; because Satan comes to a person in prayer and makes him imagine that urine or wind has come out of him, and perhaps he blows into his backside and makes him think that something has come out of him. The Prophet (peace and blessings be upon him) said:
If any of you has a pain in his abdomen, but is doubtful whether or not anything has issued from him, he should not leave the mosque unless he hears a sound or perceives a smell.إذا وجد أحدُكم في بطنه شيئًا فأشكل عليه: أخرج منه شيءٌ أم لا، فلا يخرجنَّ من المسجد حتى يسمع صوتًا، أو يجد ريحًا
Mishkat al-Masabih 306
Narrated by Muslim from the hadith of Abu Hurayrah, and in "the two Sahihs" from the hadith of Abdullah ibn Zayd ibn Asim al-Ansari (may Allah be pleased with him): that he complained to the Prophet about a man who feels something in prayer; some of the Companions complained to him that he feels something in prayer, so the Prophet said to him:
He should not return (from prayer) unless he hears a sound or perceives a smell (of passing wind).لا ينصرف حتى يسمع صوتًا، أو يجد ريحًا
Sahih Muslim 361
, so do not turn away, and do not leave your prayer, but continue in it until you know 100% that something has come out of you. As long as you have doubt, even 1%, do not leave, and attribute it to Satan. If you doubt about wind or urine or anything else, the original state is that it is from Satan, so stand firm and fight the enemy of Allah, and do not pay attention to him.
