The ruling on one who did not pray the midday prayer and the afternoon prayer time arrived

Machine translationRead the Arabic original
Question:
If I am traveling and the time for the afternoon prayer arrives while I am in congregation, and I have not prayed the midday prayer, should I pray the afternoon prayer and then pray the midday prayer after it? Or should I pray the afternoon prayer with the intention of the midday prayer? Or what should I do?

Answer:
If a person is present for a congregation that is about to pray the afternoon prayer, whether in residence or while traveling, and he has not prayed the midday prayer, he should pray with them with the intention of the midday prayer, for the sake of maintaining the order, and then he should pray the afternoon prayer after that. There is no blame on him for this, because the intention does not affect this matter. So he prays the midday prayer with them, and then when they conclude the prayer, he prays the afternoon prayer after that in the mosque, or in his house. If a congregation is available for him to pray the afternoon prayer with, he prays the afternoon prayer with them.
Likewise, if he arrives while they are praying the night prayer, and he has not prayed the sunset prayer, he joins them and prays the sunset prayer with them with the intention of the sunset prayer. He sits in the third unit waiting, and when the imam concludes the prayer, he concludes with them. Then he prays the night prayer in the mosque if it is convenient, or in his house. Thus, the order is maintained and the congregation is performed, and he prays the prayer that is currently due after that.
