Interpretation of Seeing the Phases of the Moon in a Dream

Machine translationRead the Arabic original
Question:
A letter arrived that is similar in its writing to the first letter, and the issue is close to it, except that it is from Makkah, and the signature appears to be the same. The sender (S. M. J), the owner of this letter, says: In the name of Allah, the Most Gracious, the Most Merciful. All praise is due to Allah, Lord of the worlds. And may blessings and peace be upon the noblest of messengers, our master Muhammad, and upon his family and all his companions.
Your Eminence, Shaykh Abdul Aziz ibn Abdullah ibn Baz (may Allah preserve him), peace be upon you and Allah’s mercy and blessings. And after that:
I ask Your Eminence to interpret this vision, because I have never seen a vision or dreamed a dream that did not come true in my life, by the will of Allah the Exalted. I saw this vision two days after my divorce from my husband, that marriage which lasted less than two years, and we separated because of a defect in my husband. I woke up from my sleep around eight in the morning, and I had just woken from the vision, which was as follows:
I saw a crescent in the sky like the crescent that appears in the first five days of the beginning of the month. And I was talking to myself while looking at it, saying: Glory be to Allah, a crescent in broad daylight! Then another crescent came next to it, then another, until there were seven crescents as shown in the drawing—I drew four crescents from the top and three from the bottom, Your Eminence.
Then I woke up from my sleep with hope, and I interpreted it for myself that Allah will compensate me with something better than what came before, and that I will marry and have seven children. The first will come, then I will delay in pregnancy a little, then the remaining children will come one after another.
Then I told a brother of mine about the vision, and he said to me: They might be your brothers, like the vision of our master Yusuf (peace be upon him). And indeed, the number of my brothers is seven, but one of them is absent because he has been sentenced to fourteen years in the prisons of the Zionist occupation. So what is the correct interpretation, Your Eminence, of this vision, since I saw it while I was menstruating? And peace be upon you and Allah’s mercy and blessings.

Answer:
Allah knows best its interpretation because it is not permissible for a Muslim to interpret a vision without guidance, and without insight. But we hope that your interpretation of it will be good, and that it will come to pass, and that Allah will provide you with a better husband than the previous one, and that He will grant you seven children, or more than that, and make them righteous and good. Your interpretation is not far-fetched, and perhaps they will be good people, callers to good, and they will have a fame like the crescents. They will have good, if Allah wills. This is not far-fetched, as for whether this is the interpretation.
Allah knows best, but we wish for you good, and a good outcome, and that your interpretation will be a reality that is in your benefit and good, if Allah wills. Yes.

The presenter: May Allah reward you with good. It seems to me that the sender is the same person?

The Shaykh: It is the same person.

The presenter: It is the same person.

The Shaykh: Yes.
