Machine translationRead the Arabic original
Question:
Our brother asks and says: Is it obligatory for one who is in a state of wudu' and maintaining his wudu' to rinse his mouth if he eats or drinks something?

Answer:
It is not obligatory, but it is recommended. If there is grease in it or something with a smell, he should rinse his mouth until the bad smell is gone, or until the grease that may bother him and distract him is removed. The Prophet (peace and blessings be upon him) rinsed his mouth on some occasions after drinking milk and said:
It has grease in itإن له دسمًا
. So, rinsing the mouth is recommended when there is a need for it. Yes.

The presenter: May Allah reward you with good.
