The ruling on praying the Fajr prayer more than half an hour after the adhan

Machine translationRead the Arabic original
Question:
If the Fajr adhan is called at 5:05, for example, and I pray at 6:00, is this considered delaying the prayer?

Answer:
It is not considered delaying the prayer, but the best is to hasten. If you delay until it becomes light, there is no harm, but hastening during the time of darkness, which is the mixing of night and day, meaning the mixing of darkness and light after the dawn rises by a quarter of an hour, a third of an hour, or half an hour, is better. However, if you or a man delays before the sun rises, there is no harm in that; but it is leaving the best. The Sunnah is that men and women pray Fajr during the time of darkness. The woman prays in her house, and the man in the mosque. If she prays with the men while covered, wearing the hijab, and keeping away from the causes of fitnah, there is no harm. And there is no harm in delaying; but it causes one to miss the best. It is not permissible to delay until the sun rises; rather, this is haram and a major sin. Rather, it is obligatory to perform it before the sun rises, to perform the whole of it. Yes.
