Is congregational prayer obligatory for patrol officers?

Machine translationRead the Arabic original
Question:
I am a police officer, and I drive the police car alone. I am unable to pray with the congregation. What is the ruling on this? And is there any sin on me for this?

Answer:
You must pray with the congregation, unless you are on guard duty. In that case, you must guard your post until your shift ends and it is someone else’s turn, and you pray at your post.
As for merely patrolling, when the time for prayer arrives, you stop the car at any mosque and pray with the people. Your work in the police is not an excuse for leaving the congregation. Pray wherever your car stops in any mosque during your patrol.
