The Ruling on the Tawaf of Departure for a Woman in Menstruation or Post-Natal Bleeding

Machine translationRead the Arabic original
Question:
Is the Tawaf of Departure obligatory for a woman in menstruation or post-natal bleeding?

Answer:
Yes, the Tawaf of Departure is obligatory for them, but after they become pure. If menstruation comes to her before the Day of Sacrifice, they must abstain until they become pure. Once they become pure, they perform the Tawaf of Departure, even if it is days after the days of Mina, such as on the fourteenth, fifteenth, or sixteenth day. They must abstain from the Tawaf until they become pure. Once they become pure, they perform the full ritual bath and then perform the Tawaf of Departure. The Tawaf of Departure is a pillar of Hajj; it is a pillar of Hajj and is obligatory.
