The Ruling on One Who Asks for Money for the Sake of Da'wah and Mosques

Machine translationRead the Arabic original
Question:
If a person asks, but for the sake of da'wah: such as building mosques or...?

Answer:
This is intercession for the people of good, calling them to good. So one intercedes for those who maintain a mosque, or for those who buy books to distribute them to students, or in building a school. This falls under His saying:
Whoever intercedes for a good causeمَنْ يَشْفَعْ شَفَاعَةً حَسَنَةً
[Al-Nisa: 85].
