What is the criterion for the breastfeeding that establishes kinship and prohibition?

Machine translationRead the Arabic original
Question:
A questioner says: In a previous lesson, you spoke about the breastfeeding that establishes kinship, stating that it consists of five fillings. Is it possible for these five feedings to occur in a single session lasting five or ten minutes; that is, by the infant holding the breast and then voluntarily letting go, then returning to hold it again, and letting go, and so on until the five feedings are completed?

Answer:
No, five feedings, even if they are not fillings. I did not say "fillings." May Allah reward you with good. It is five feedings, even if they are not fillings. No scholar has stated that "fillings" is a condition. No, it is not obligatory. Therefore, the feedings are effective and establish prohibition even if they do not fill the child. So, fullness is not a condition. If you breastfeed her five times in one session or multiple sessions, even if she does not become full, she becomes her son.
So, if a child nurses and sucks the breast, swallowing the milk, and the mother is certain and knows that he swallowed the milk, then he releases the breast, and afterwards he returns to nurse, sucks the breast, and swallows the milk, then releases it, and so on until he completes five feedings in one session, two sessions, or more; he becomes her son. Five or more feedings, even if he does not become satiated, within the two-year period. It must be before weaning.
