Ruling on going to fortune-tellers to break sorcery without believing them

Machine translationRead the Arabic original
Question:
This questioner says: A man came to me and said, “There is sorcery in your wife.” He said it is permissible to go to a fortune-teller, but without believing him. What is the ruling? May Allah reward you.

Answer:
No, do not believe him. Do not believe the sorcerers, and do not go to the sorcerers. Recite over her and blow over her with the Verse of the Throne and Surat al-Fatihah:
All praise is for Allahالْحَمْدُ لِلَّهِ
[al-Fatihah:2] and
Say, "He is Allah, [who is] One,قُلْ هُوَ اللَّهُ أَحَدٌ
[Al-Ikhlas 112:1]
and the two Mu'awwidhat. She will be cured, if Allah wills. She should also blow over herself and seek refuge in the perfect words of Allah from the evil of what He has created. She will be cured, if Allah wills. She should recite Surat al-Fatihah, the Verse of the Throne,
Say, "He is Allah, [who is] One,قُلْ هُوَ اللَّهُ أَحَدٌ
[Al-Ikhlas 112:1]
and the two Mu'awwidhat. You recite over her, or she recites over herself, and it will be removed:
Say, "He is Allah, [who is] One,قُلْ هُوَ اللَّهُ أَحَدٌ
[Al-Ikhlas 112:1]
and the two Mu'awwidhat three times. Repeat it over her three times in the recitation. This is among the causes of healing and well-being from every affliction. Do not go to the sorcerers. It is not permissible to go to the sorcerers, nor to ask them, nor to believe them.
