Is it permissible to work with laws that do not contradict the Shari'ah?

Machine translationRead the Arabic original
Question:
Is it permissible to work with man-made laws, claiming it is analogical reasoning or independent legal reasoning? What is the view of Islam?

Answer:
The presenter indicated that if laws do not contradict the Shari'ah, there is nothing wrong with them. Regulations are called laws, and they are called regulations. So, any law or regulation that benefits the Muslims and does not contradict the Shari'ah of Allah is permissible, whether in traffic, in the judiciary, in any government department, or in any place.
Any law or regulation that benefits the Muslims and does not contradict the Shari'ah of Allah is permitted by the Shari'ah of Allah. Indeed, anything that benefits the Muslims and does not contradict an explicit text from the Book of Allah, or from the Sunnah of His Messenger (peace and blessings be upon him), or from the scholarly consensus of the Muslims, then this law that benefits the Muslims is permissible. Whether it is in transactions, traffic, judiciary, or organizing litigants, organizing their entry, organizing the start of this and that, and what relates to traffic, this is such and such, and this is such and such, and this stops at such and such, and at the signal of such and such.
Likewise, in the other departments, in organizing the affairs related to the department, its employees, and so on, and their salaries, and the allowances they are entitled to, these are regulations that are permissible and there is no blame in them.
Any regulation and any law that is beneficial and by which the affairs of the Muslims are organized, the Shari'ah has come with it. Because Allah (Exalted and Majestic is He) made His Shari'ah organized in everything. From the Shari'ah of Allah is that affairs are organized, and that affairs are not neglected, but are organized and cared for, so that people proceed on something clear by which they can be held accountable, and taken to account, and rewarded for what they did of evil or good.
