Tattooing is forbidden and a change to Allah's creation

Machine translationRead the Arabic original
Here is a message sent by one of the brothers. He says, Abu Mu'awiyah from Sudan, our brother is asking two questions:
In his first question, he says: I hope you will inform us about the matter of shulukh, which is a mark made with a razor on the face to distinguish one tribe from another. Is it lawful or forbidden?

Answer: This is called tattooing in the language of the Arabs. The Prophet (peace and blessings be upon him) forbade this tattooing and cursed the one who does it. The Messenger (peace and blessings be upon him) cursed the one who consumes riba (usury or interest), the one who pays it, the one who tattoos, and the one who gets tattooed, whether it is on the face, the hand, or any other place. Therefore, tattooing is not permissible because it is a change to Allah's creation. Therefore, it is not permissible for a believing man or a believing woman to engage in that. As for what has passed in a state of ignorance, repentance is sufficient, and praise be to Allah.
As for the future, after a person has learned the ruling of Allah, it is obligatory for him to be cautious of what Allah has forbidden, and this applies to both men and women. Yes.
