Ruling on leaving off the stoning of the pillars or some of them

Machine translationRead the Arabic original
The question: He also says: If the pilgrim threw two pebbles together at the middle pillar on the last day, and two pebbles together at the last pillar, does he owe one expiation or two?
The answer: One expiation. The stoning as a whole does not obligate more than one expiation. So if he leaves off the stoning entirely, or leaves off part of it—whether he leaves off one throw from one of the three pillars, or leaves off the stoning of an entire day—there is only one expiation, as they overlap. However, the scholars mentioned that if what is left off is one or two pebbles from the last pillar, it is excused according to a group of scholars. But if he leaves off three, it is not excused, and he must complete it. If the time has passed, he owes a sacrificial animal. In any case, the pillars overlap, so if he leaves it all off, or leaves off the stoning of a day of the days of Tashreeq other than the third day—by leaving off the stoning of the eleventh or twelfth day, or leaving off one pillar, meaning seven pebbles, or four pebbles, or five pebbles, or three pebbles—he owes a sacrificial animal. Yes.
It is noted in the issue of stoning that the sacrificial animal is only obligatory when the time has passed. As long as the time remains, he completes it. But if the time has passed, such as the days of Mina have ended and he did not notice until after that, this is where the sacrificial animal is due. However, if he is reminded during the days of Tashreeq, he returns and completes what he missed. Yes.
The presenter: May Allah reward you.
