The Ruling on the Misbaha (Prayer Beads)

Machine translationRead the Arabic original
The second question is from a brother named Sharif Khalifa Ahmad, a Sudanese resident of Riyadh. He says, “Some people say that the miswak is an innovation, and I always use the miswak after prayer. Please advise us, may Allah reward you?”
Answer: The recommended practice (sunnah) for glorifying Allah after prayer and at other times is to glorify Him with your fingers. This is the sunnah that the Prophet (peace and blessings be upon him) practiced. So I advise you, my brother, to glorify Allah with your fingers, for they are accountable and will be questioned. So use them in obedience to Allah, glorify Him with them, and leave the miswak. Leaving the miswak is more preferable, better, and safer. Yes.
The presenter: May Allah reward you.
