Ruling on leaving the overnight stay in Mina due to an excuse and delegating the stoning of the pillars

Machine translationRead the Arabic original
Question:
I was struck by sunstroke after stoning the Jamarat al-Aqabah and after the Tawaf al-Ifadah, and I was unable to stay overnight in Mina on the days of Tashreeq to stone the pillars, so I delegated that task. Is there a sacrificial animal required? If so, is it valid in any country other than Makkah?

Answer:
As long as leaving this is due to illness and inability to stay overnight in Mina, there is no blame on him. Whoever leaves the overnight stay in Mina due to an illness that befalls him, and enters treatment, or is permitted by the water carriers, or the shepherds, or a guard, or something similar to these excuses, there is no blame on him, and delegation is permissible in the case of an excuse.
