The Ruling on Declaring the Rafidah Disbelievers

Machine translationRead the Arabic original
Question:
Does what the Rafidah hold take them out of the religion?

Answer:
Most of them are taken out of the religion. Most of them worship 'Ali, call upon him for aid, and invoke him instead of Allah. This is major shirk (associating partners with Allah). Those who hate the Muslims and say, "The Companions all became apostates except for three, or two, like Bilal," are disbelievers like the Imamiyyah and their like, and the Nusayriyyah and their like. As for the Zaydiyyah in general, no, because the Zaydiyyah are the mildest of the sects. Those who prefer 'Ali over 'Uthman do not become disbelievers; it is an error, this is an error on their part. And those who prefer 'Ali over Abu Bakr and 'Umar, but do not insult them, are not taken out of the religion. So the Shi'ah are of many categories.
Some of them said: They are twenty-two categories. Some of them are disbelievers by their actions, such as those who worship the People of the House, call upon them for aid, make vows to them, or insult the Companions, or declare them disbelievers, or say that Jibril betrayed, and that the message was for 'Ali and not for Muhammad. All of these are disbelievers, we seek refuge in Allah.
As for the other types of Shi'ah, they are below that level; they are not like that. They are Muslims, but deficient. They are Muslims, but they have some religious innovations (bid'ah).
