The ruling on one who performs the acts of the Day of Sacrifice before midnight

Machine translationRead the Arabic original
Question:
There are some Arabs who passed through Muzdalifah with the Maghrib prayer, and they did not spend the night there. They stoned the pillars at the beginning of the night, early, shortly after Maghrib. They stoned the pillars, shortened their hair, and left. Then they performed the circumambulation. What is their ruling?

The Shaykh : Did they ask, or did they not ask?

The student : They did not ask.

Answer:
This is a mistake. Everything they did before midnight is invalid: their departure, their shortening of hair, their stoning, and their circumambulation. They must repeat the circumambulation and the walking between al-Safa and al-Marwah. They owe a sacrificial animal for stoning the pillars before midnight, and they owe a sacrificial animal for leaving Muzdalifah. They owe two sacrificial animals: one for leaving Muzdalifah, and the second for stoning before midnight, provided they did not stone on the Day of Sacrifice, provided they did not repeat the stoning. And this person must repeat the circumambulation and the walking between al-Safa and al-Marwah.

The student : And the sacrificial animal they slaughtered at night?

The Shaykh: What is the sacrificial animal?

The student : The hady.

The Shaykh : Their hady?

The student : Yes.

The Shaykh : The hady of tamattu', you mean?

The student : Yes.

The Shaykh : The night of the eleventh?

The student : The night of the tenth, the dawn of the festival?

The Shaykh : Before the festival?

The student : The dawn of the festival, before the festival.

The Shaykh : Before the festival?

Question : Yes.

The Shaykh : The night of 'Arafah?

The student : Yes.

Answer : They must repeat it as well.
