Stoning the Pillars at Night

Machine translationRead the Arabic original
Fatwa No. ( 1611 )
Q: I stoned the pillars on the second night at ten o'clock in the evening, knowing that I was compelled to do so. Is there any sin on me for that or not? With
the knowledge that I was with two women and one man, and they were all sick.

A: If one delays stoning the pillars on the eleventh day until night overtakes him, and his delay is for a valid legal excuse, and he stoned the pillars at night, then he owes nothing for that. Likewise, if one delays the stoning on the twelfth day and stones them at night, that suffices him and he owes nothing. He must spend that night in Mina and stone the pillars on the thirteenth day after the sun passes its zenith; because he did not depart on the twelfth day before the sun set. However, the more cautious course is to strive to stone the pillars during the day in the future. And success is from Allah, and may Allah send prayers and blessings upon our Prophet Muhammad, his family, and his Companions.
