Ruling on passing in front of a person praying without a barrier

Machine translationRead the Arabic original
Question:
What is the ruling on someone who passes by while the person praying is praying at a distance of three meters, knowing that there is no barrier between him and the person praying?

Answer:
The person praying is the one who was negligent, so he owes nothing, but he should not get close to him; he should pass by at a distance. The Prophet (peace and blessings be upon him) prayed in the Ka'bah at a distance of three cubits, with three cubits between him and the wall. So if he is far from him, with three cubits or more between him and the person praying, it does not harm him. But if there is a barrier, he should not pass between him and it; he should pass behind it.

Question : Well, Shaykh, regarding the prayer of the imams in the Haram, when Friday comes, the imam stands at one of the lamps, and they are aligned with the sides?

Answer: It does not harm. It does not harm. In Makkah, from its four directions...

The student : I am not saying, I mean... advanced...?

Answer: The one behind him... and the one from the side... it does not harm.

Question: I am a student living in the university dormitory, and there are some students, may Allah guide them, who do not perform the prayer in the mosque. I know some of them and have advised them, but to no avail. So what should I do, and if I leave them alone, am I wrong? Guide us, may Allah reward you with good.
