Some teachers delaying the congregational prayer to organize the students

Machine translationRead the Arabic original
Question:
I am one of the supervisors in one of the schools, and we organize the students for prayer and supervise them throughout the prayer. Is it permissible for me and the supervisors with me to establish the prayer before the iqamah, or after it, so that we can organize the students for prayer?

Answer:
Organize them, then pray with them, even if you miss part of the prayer. Pray with them. Whoever catches one rak'ah of the prayer has caught the prayer. Do not pray a separate congregation; pray with them. If you miss some of the rak'ahs, there is no blame on you for organizing them and keeping them steady in the prayer. You are on a great reward, if Allah wills.
