The ruling on performing the Zuhr prayer in the school when some students are praying without ablution

Machine translationRead the Arabic original
The Zuhr prayer is sometimes held in some schools, and sometimes it is known that some students are praying without ablution. Is it better to leave the matter to those who wish to pray in the school to pray there, and those who wish to pray at home to pray there?
If there are not enough ablution facilities in the school, then yes, give the students freedom, and every person is responsible for himself. But if there are sufficient facilities, the students must pray, because they have no excuse.

The questioner: But sometimes the students are praying without ablution intentionally.

The Shaykh: No.
These students should be disciplined, and it is recommended that they be disciplined among the students, by suspending them, or by deducting points from their good conduct and behavior, or something similar.

The questioner: O Shaykh! Sometimes the student himself does not know, but it is known that there are students who do that.

The Shaykh: You just said: it is known.

The questioner: Known means: everyone, but he does not know the details.

The Shaykh: You cannot know about everyone, how do you know? The questioner: From the students' side, they inform me that many of them do.

The Shaykh: If he informs you and you trust his report, on the second day announce the violation of this student.
