Ruling on examining a pregnancy to determine the sex of the fetus

Machine translationRead the Arabic original
Question:
What is the ruling on examining a pregnant woman with modern devices to determine the sex of the fetus, whether male or female? Does this conflict with the saying of Allah the Exalted:
Indeed, Allah [alone] has knowledge of the Hour and sends down the rain and knows what is in the wombsإِنَّ اللَّهَ عِنْدَهُ عِلْمُ السَّاعَةِ وَيُنَزِّلُ الْغَيْثَ وَيَعْلَمُ مَا فِي الْأَرْحَامِ
[Luqman: 34]?

Answer:
No, it does not conflict. After the creation is formed, it does not conflict. The angel looks at it, and the angel is commanded: male, female, wretched, or happy. So the angel looks at it; it is no longer from the knowledge of the unseen, for Allah has informed the angel of it.
Modern devices may determine that it is male or female; this is not from the knowledge of the unseen. The knowledge of the unseen is before that, before it is created.
