The ruling on one who intentionally breaks the fast in Ramadan and then repents

Machine translationRead the Arabic original
Question:
I am a man who, in the past, two or three years ago, broke the fast in Ramadan. At that time, I did not distinguish between right and wrong with the fear of Allah. I have repented to Allah , but I do not know how many days of fasting I owe, nor can I count them. What is the ruling, and I am confused?

Answer:
And do you pray? If he prays and is a Muslim, he must make up these days he left from Ramadan according to his estimate and effort. He must make up the days he broke in Ramadan. But if he did not pray, and then Allah accepted his repentance, then repentance wipes out what came before it. This is because the one who does not pray is a disbeliever, and if he repents, he does not have to make up what was missed. He must have sincere repentance, regret for what has passed, and a sincere resolve not to return to the falsehood he was upon. Repentance wipes out what came before it. Many people embraced Islam during the time of the Prophet (peace and blessings be upon him) and after him, and they were not ordered to make up the prayers they had left.

Question: And another says: There is a school in the city of Al-Khobar for memorizing the Noble Qur'an to eliminate illiteracy. Usually, the women are elderly, but that group is lacking in several things, such as: the lack of a suitable place, the lack of salaries for the teachers, and the lack of a correct method for that school to proceed on the right path. What is your opinion?

Answer: We will look into the matter, if Allah wills. We will write to them, or they will write to us. As for the school, we must ask the people of good there about it, and the matter will be looked into, if Allah wills.
