The Continuation of a Person in Reading His Daily Portion Night and Day

Machine translationRead the Arabic original
Question:
I read the Qur'an and try to complete a recitation of it every month. If I want to recite the Witr prayer, should I complete the portion I stopped at during the day?

Answer:
No, rather, whenever you reach the end of it, complete it, whether at the end of the day, or at the beginning of the night, or at the beginning of the day. Whenever you reach the end, complete it, then start the next recitation. So you continue in your reading and in your daily portion, night and day. And whenever you finish, complete it, then start from the beginning of the Qur'an. Do not say, "I will postpone this to the night." No, the Sunnah is that you complete it, then you begin.
