The ruling on a man standing up from his seat so that another may sit

Machine translationRead the Arabic original
The Shaykh : For example, one of the things that many people, even our brothers, are afflicted with is that when I enter a gathering, a man stands up from his seat for me. Not for me, no, he stands up from his seat for me, and there is plenty of space. The answer is the same out of respect for you, but I say, and the Messenger says:
A man does not stand up for another man from his seat لا يقوم الرجل للرجل
Musannaf Ibn Abi Shaybah 18:273
Listen, she also included this with the previous ones.
The student: May Allah make you happy.

The Shaykh:
A man does not stand up for a man from his seat, but make room and expand. لا يقوم الرجل للرجل من مجلسه ، ولكن تفسَّحوا وتوسَّعوا
All of this is social hypocrisy.
The student : This is the hadith
Place people in their proper stations أنزلوا الناس منازلهم
which begins with the fact that the Lady Aisha gave charity to a poor man with a small amount, and then another person passed by...?

The Shaykh: Yes.
The student : Is this the hadith?

The Shaykh: Yes.
The student : So, this action is not established?

The Shaykh : What?
