Continuation of the explanation of the hadith: “None of you should make a man rise from his seat and then sit in it”

Machine translationRead the Arabic original
The Shaykh : So do not sit in it, because this is like being forced. Ibn ‘Umar (may Allah be pleased with him and his father) was so scrupulous that if a person would rise so that Ibn ‘Umar could sit in his place, he would not sit in it, out of fear of that, out of fear that it was out of shyness or embarrassment, and in that case it would be like being forced. This is one of the etiquettes of sitting that the Prophet (peace and blessings be upon him) prescribed for his Ummah: that a man should not make his brother rise from his seat and then sit in it. And success is from Allah.
