Machine translationRead the Arabic original
Question:
A group of people says that some of them acquired wealth through forbidden means. They have repented to Allah with sincere repentance. After their repentance, they feared that the wealth would be a loss for them. They have married using this wealth, and now they want to take a portion of it to perform 'Umrah and Hajj. What is the Shaykh’s opinion on this?

Answer:
Answer: If you have forbidden wealth and you have repented to Allah regarding it, and some of it remains with you, it is obligatory for you to get rid of it by placing it in charitable projects or giving it to those who are entitled to it, in order to dispose of it.
