Question:
Who is the Muslim from whose speech, words, and actions people are safe?

Answer:
Answer: The Prophet (peace and blessings be upon him) said, "The Muslim is the one from whose tongue and hand the Muslims are safe." The Muslims are safe from his tongue, meaning he does not backbite them, nor does he speak ill of them, nor does he curse or insult them. This is protecting the tongue from these matters. The Muslims are safe from his tongue and from his hand, meaning he does not kill anyone without right, nor does he strike anyone without right, and he does not use his hand except in what Allah has made permissible for him.
