Leaving a pillar of the prayer

Machine translationRead the Arabic original
Q22: A man prayed with us and recited Surat al-Sajdah. When he reached the verse of prostration, he said Allahu Akbar, so we prostrated. However, the imam bowed. When he raised his head from the bowing, we realized this. What is our obligation, especially since we left a pillar of the prayer, which is the bowing?
Vol. 22: If one leaves out a pillar of the prayer, the rak'ah in which the pillar was left out is invalid, and the one that follows takes its place; because a pillar is not dropped whether intentionally or by mistake. Based on this, you must repeat the aforementioned prayer because you left out a pillar of the prayer and because the time of separation was long.
