The second question of Fatwa No. ( 14618 )
Q2: What is the ruling on one who deliberately exposes himself to sexual stimulation during the day in Ramadan, and he could not control himself until he ejaculated , and does he have to pay an expiation?
A2: It is not permissible for a fasting person to deliberately invalidate his obligatory fast, if
a person ejaculates without intercourse, his fast is invalid and it is obligatory for him to repent and make up the fast, but he does not have to pay an expiation. And success is from Allah, and may Allah send prayers and blessings upon our Prophet Muhammad, his family, and his Companions.
