A1: It is not permissible to fast on the two days of Eid. Whoever fasts on them has committed a sin and must repent of it, because Allah has made them days of breaking the fast, eating, drinking, and remembering Allah. Whoever fasts on them has disobeyed Allah and His Messenger.
