Making up Ramadan is not valid except for Ramadan

Machine translationRead the Arabic original
The first question of fatwa number ( 20023 )
Q: It has been said – and Allah knows best – that if a woman has a debt of fasting to make up some days of Ramadan and she intends to fast six days of Shawwal, it is permissible for her to say when she wants to make up her days and fast six days of Shawwal: “O Allah, this is obligatory and recommended.” What is the ruling of the Shari'ah in this matter?
A: Making up Ramadan is not valid except for Ramadan, and it is not correct to intend anything else with it. If one wishes, after making up the days he fasted in Ramadan, to voluntarily fast six days of Shawwal, this is recommended and carries great reward. The statement mentioned in the question has no basis in the Shari'ah.
And success is from Allah, and may Allah send prayers and blessings upon our Prophet Muhammad, his family, and his Companions.
