The questioner : His third question says: If I recite the prescribed supplication after the adhan at a loud volume through a loudspeaker, is there any issue with that or not?

The Shaykh : Yes, there is an issue with this, because if you recite this prescribed supplication after the adhan through a loudspeaker, it becomes as if it is part of the adhan. Furthermore, this practice was not known during the time of the Prophet (peace and blessings be upon him) and the Rightly Guided Caliphs, so it is among the religious innovations that are forbidden. Even if you say, for example, that you intend to educate people so they know the permissibility of this dhikr, we say: Education can be done after the prayer is finished and the people are present; you can draw their attention to this, even through a loudspeaker, and say: It is recommended for a person, when the adhan is finished, to say such and such. However, to attach it to the adhan such that one might think it is part of it, that is among the religious innovations.

The questioner : Yes, and this is a message from the listener Lana 'Abd Allah from Hail.
