The ruling on sending blessings upon the Prophet (peace and blessings be upon him) after the adhan using loudspeakers

Machine translationRead the Arabic original
Question:
A question from one of the listening brothers. In his first question, he asks: What is the ruling on sending blessings upon the Prophet (peace and blessings be upon him) after the adhan using loudspeakers?

Answer:
The Sunnah after the adhan is to turn off the loudspeaker. When he says, "There is no god but Allah," the adhan ends, so the loudspeaker is turned off, and the sending of blessings upon the Prophet (peace and blessings be upon him) is done in a normal voice afterwards, without using the loudspeaker. This is because the Sunnah is that the mu'adhdhin is responded to. The Prophet (peace and blessings be upon him) said:
When you hear the Mu'adhdhin then say what he saysإذا سمعتم المؤذن فقولوا مثلما يقول
Sunan an-Nasa'i 678Sahih (Darussalam)
Meaning: he says the same: Allah is the Greatest, Allah is the Greatest, Allah is the Greatest, Allah is the Greatest, I bear witness that there is no god but Allah... and so on. Except at the "hi'lah," at "Hasten to prayer," he says: "There is no power and no strength except with Allah," and at "Hasten to success," he says: "There is no power and no strength except with Allah."
Then he says after this: "Allah is the Greatest, Allah is the Greatest, there is no god but Allah," then he sends blessings upon the Prophet (peace and blessings be upon him) if he is the mu'adhdhin, after turning off the loudspeaker. He does not send blessings with the adhan. The adhan ends, the adhan ends with his saying: "There is no god but Allah." So he turns off the loudspeaker, then he sends blessings upon the Prophet (peace and blessings be upon him) in the normal voice that those around him hear, then he completes: "O Allah, send blessings upon the Prophet," then he says:
O Allah, the Lord of this complete call and of this prayer, which is going to be established! Give Muhammad Al-Wasila and Al-Fadila and raise him to Al-Maqam-al-Mahmud which You have promised himاللهم رب هذه الدعوة التامة، والصلاة القائمة، آت محمدًا الوسيلة والفضيلة، وابعثه مقامًا محمودًا الذي وعدته، إنك لا تخلف الميعاد
Sahih al-Bukhari 4719
This is how it came in the authentic hadith, that it is the Sunnah for the believer to say this after the adhan. Al-Bukhari narrated it in his Sahih, but without the addition:
You do not break Your promiseإنك لا تخلف الميعاد
Muwatta Malik 20:132
And this addition was narrated by al-Bayhaqi with a good chain of narration.
And the believer sends blessings upon the Prophet (peace and blessings be upon him) as the mu'adhdhin, and the listener sends blessings after the adhan, after the adhan is finished. But the mu'adhdhin does not say it with the adhan; rather, he turns off the loudspeaker, then says it in a normal voice. Yes.

The presenter: May Allah reward you with good.
