Circumambulating between the Hajar al-Isma'il and the Ka'bah for three rounds

Machine translationRead the Arabic original
Fatwa number ( 17685 )
Q: I performed the rituals of 'Umrah in the blessed month of Ramadan, but during the tawaf I circumambulated between the Hajar al-Isma'il and the Ka'bah for three rounds , knowing that I was unaware that the stone is part of the Ka'bah , and that it is not permissible to circumambulate between it and the Ka'bah . I had completed the sa'y, then exited the state of ihram from the 'Umrah. I ask your eminence to kindly inform me of what is obligatory upon me?
A: It is obligatory for you to put on the clothes of ihram again and return to Makkah and perform the 'Umrah anew, including the tawaf, sa'y, and shortening of the hair. If you engaged in sexual intercourse during this period, it invalidates your 'Umrah, and it is obligatory for you to do what we mentioned, then return to the miqat from which you first entered ihram after completing your invalid 'Umrah. You then enter ihram from there for a second 'Umrah to make up for the invalid one, then perform it and slaughter a sheep that is acceptable for the 'Id sacrifice as a fidyah for the intercourse that occurred. The slaughter must be in Makkah and distributed to the poor there. And success is from Allah, and may Allah send prayers and blessings upon our Prophet Muhammad, his family, and his Companions.
