Machine translationRead the Arabic original
The first question of Fatwa No. ( 18489 )
Q1: An employee performed the obligatory Hajj this year, without being permitted to be absent from work except for one day only, which is the Day of 'Arafah. As for the days of Tashreeq, he is at work from the morning and returns to Mina after the 'Isha' prayer, staying there until after midnight, then goes to sleep at his home in Makkah . What is the ruling on this? It is known that he stons the pillars at their proper time.
A1 : If the situation is as described, then his Hajj is valid, even if he leaves Mina during the day to carry out his work, and then returns to it at night for the purpose of staying there. And success is from Allah, and may Allah send prayers and blessings upon our Prophet Muhammad, his family, and his Companions.
