Staying overnight in Mina on the night of the ninth

Machine translationRead the Arabic original
Fatwa number ( 11973 )
Q: My mother and I performed Hajj two years ago. We went to 'Arafah on the ninth day, having departed at 2:00 PM on the eighth day. We found pilgrims there and stayed until Maghrib on the ninth day, then we went with the pilgrims to Muzdalifah . We arrived there at 7:30 PM and stayed until 2:00 AM. We then went to the Jamarat and stoned them, then to Makkah where we performed Tawaf and Sa'y for the Hajj of Ifadah. We returned to Mina at 5:30 AM. With us was a man and his wife who had performed Hajj more than once, and he was our guide. I ask for clarification up to this point: is the Hajj valid? Because a person told us that we made a mistake by going before morning. Then we completed the Hajj by staying in Mina until the third day, stoned after Asr, and went for the farewell Tawaf, except for my mother, whom I left outside the Haram; because her menstruation had started at that time. She performed the farewell Tawaf and returned on Thursday. My mother was very exhausted from the Hajj. I ask you to clarify whether the Hajj is valid or not? If the answer is (no), should I perform Hajj on her behalf, knowing that I have performed Hajj twice for myself? And if we owe a fidyah, how do we act? Is it in Makkah or in our country?
A: It is the Sunnah to stay overnight in Mina on the night of the ninth day, and there is no harm in your leaving the overnight stay in Mina that night, then going to 'Arafah after the sun rises. It is also from the Sunnah to stay in Muzdalifah until one prays Fajr and the light of day appears
in the daytime, but if one has with him any of the weak, there is no harm in leaving Muzdalifah after midnight. If that is the case, then nothing is upon you, and your mother's Hajj is valid. And success is from Allah, and may Allah send prayers and blessings upon our Prophet Muhammad, his family, and his Companions.
