The second question of fatwa number ( 16020 )
Q2: What is the ruling if the pilgrim stoned the pillars before noon , is it sufficient or not, and does he have to offer a sacrificial animal? And what is the ruling if he returned to his country before knowing the ruling, is fasting for three days sufficient?
A2 : Whoever stoned the pillars before noon on the eleventh day or any day after it, he must repeat the stoning after noon if he is still in the days of stoning, and if
the days of stoning have ended and he did not repeat it, he must pay an expiation: a sheep that is acceptable for the 'Id sacrifice, or one-seventh of a cow, to be slaughtered in Makkah and distributed among the poor of the Haram. If he is unable to do so, he must fast for ten days.
