Deliberately stoning the pillars before the sun passes its zenith on the last day

Machine translationRead the Arabic original
The first question of fatwa number ( 20589 )
Q1: A man deliberately stoned the pillars before the sun passed its zenith on the last day of stoning the pillars , and he went and asked some scholars in the place where he lives in the Kingdom. One of them said: “You owe a sacrificial animal,” and some of them said: “You owe nothing.” What is the correct ruling? May Allah reward you with good.
A1 : It is obligatory for one who stoned the pillars on the second or third day before the sun passed its zenith to pay a fidyah (ransom payment); because he performed the stoning at a time other than its prescribed legal time, so it is not counted. The fidyah is a head of sheep that is acceptable for the 'Id sacrifice, which is slaughtered in Makkah and distributed to the poor of the sacred precinct. If he is unable to pay the fidyah, he must fast for ten days. And success is from Allah, and may Allah send prayers and blessings upon our Prophet Muhammad, his family, and his Companions.
