Stoning the Pillars on the Eleventh Day Before Noon

Machine translationRead the Arabic original
Fatwa No. ( 16022 )
Q: He stoned the pillars on the eleventh day before noon and stoned them on the twelfth day before the sun rose , then performed the farewell tawaf at nine in the morning, and then traveled. What is required of him?
A : It is obligatory for you to pay two expiations: one for stoning the pillars on the eleventh and twelfth days before noon, and another for performing the farewell tawaf before performing the stoning in a valid manner. The two expiations are: two heads of sheep that are acceptable for the 'Id sacrifice, or one camel that is acceptable for the 'Id sacrifice, which is one that has completed five years of age, or seven cows that are acceptable for the 'Id sacrifice, which are those that have completed two years of age. They are to be slaughtered in the Makkah Haram and distributed to the poor. If you are unable to do so, fast ten days for each of the two expiations. And success is from Allah, and may Allah send prayers and blessings upon our Prophet Muhammad, his family, and his Companions.
