The first question of fatwa number ( 16061 )
Q1: We performed 'Umrah, so we did tawaf and sa'y and removed our ihram. After that, we wanted to do voluntary tawaf. Is there a prayer after every tawaf or not, even if the time is after 'Asr?
A1 : It is prescribed to perform voluntary tawaf alone, and you pray the two rak'ahs of tawaf after it at any time; because tawaf is a great act of worship and has great virtue. As for the prayer after it, it is at any time; based on the saying of the Prophet (peace and blessings be upon him):Sunan al-Bayhaqi 4:681 narrated by Ahmad and the people of the four Sunan, and graded authentic by al-Tirmidhi and Ibn Hibban . And success is from Allah, and may Allah send prayers and blessings upon our Prophet Muhammad, his family, and his Companions.

Do not prevent anyone who has performed tawaf around this House and prayed, at whatever hour he wishes, whether night or day.
