The third question of the fatwa number ( 19604 )
Q3: What is the ruling on one who performs more than one 'Umrah in about five days, and in each 'Umrah goes to al-Tan'īm to enter the state of ihram from there?
A3: Repeating 'Umrah for one who comes to Makkah in a short time was not the way of the Prophet (peace and blessings be upon him) nor the practice of his Companions (may Allah be pleased with them). If it had been the best, they would have preceded us to it. What is prescribed for one who comes to Makkah and completes his rites is to increase in circumambulation, especially, and in reciting the Qur'an, praying, giving charity, and other acts of worship. If he performs 'Umrah for himself or for another for whom it is permissible to perform 'Umrah on their behalf, such as a deceased person or one unable due to old age or an illness that is not expected to end, there is no harm, provided it does not cause hardship for him or for the people, such as during times of crowding. This is based on the saying of the Prophet (peace and blessings be upon him):Sahih Muslim 1349a And because it is established from him (peace and blessings be upon him) that he ordered 'A'ishah (may Allah be pleased with her) to perform 'Umrah from al-Tan'īm after she had exited the state of ihram from her Hajj and 'Umrah, when she sought his permission for that. And success is from Allah, and may Allah send prayers and blessings upon our Prophet Muhammad, his family, and his Companions.

An Umra is an expiation for the sins committed between it and the next, and Hajj which is accepted will receive no other reward than Paradise.
