Leaving During the Performance of the Pilgrimage Rites

Machine translationRead the Arabic original
Fatwa No. ( 16763 )
Q: I performed the obligatory Hajj in 1411 AH, my wife and I, where
we left from Khamis Mushayt intending to go to the Sacred House of Allah , and we entered the state of ihram from the miqat “ Yalamlam ” then we went to Jeddah where my maternal aunt lives to leave my infant son with her, as he had not yet reached six months of age at that time, and after that we performed the obligatory Hajj, and after the second release from the state of ihram, the Tawaf of Ifadah, we left and went to Jeddah to nurse the child and check on him, then we returned before Maghrib on the same day to Mina , and we completed the rites of Hajj: we stoned the pillars and performed the Farewell Tawaf. Is our Hajj valid, or is a fidyah required of us?

A : If the situation is as you described in the question, then there is no fidyah upon you; because you did not do anything forbidden and you did not leave anything obligatory. And success is from Allah, and may Allah send prayers and blessings upon our Prophet Muhammad, his family, and his Companions.
