When the sun sets, the fasting person breaks his fast

Machine translationRead the Arabic original
The second question of Fatwa No. ( 17549 )
Q2: Allah the Exalted says:
Then complete the fast until the sunsetثُمَّ أَتِمُّوا الصِّيَامَ إِلَى اللَّيْلِ
[Al-Baqarah 2:187]
The Shi'ah use this verse as evidence that breaking the fast is not valid except after the appearance of the stars
, which is the night, narrating the story of Ibrahim:
So when the night covered him [with darkness], he saw a star.فَلَمَّا جَنَّ عَلَيْهِ اللَّيْلُ رَأَى كَوْكَبًا
[Al-An'am 6:76]
, so what is the response to them? Even though they deny some of the hadiths by which we argued against them, and they say: The Qur'an is better than the hadith?

A2: When the sun sets, the fasting person breaks his fast, and the setting of the sun is the beginning of the night; due to the saying of the Prophet (peace and blessings be upon him):
When night falls from this side and the day vanishes from this side and the sun sets, then the fasting person should break his fast.إذا أقبل الليل من هاهنا وأدبر النهار من هاهنا وغربت الشمس فقد أفطر الصائم
Sahih al-Bukhari 1954
. And success is from Allah, and may Allah send prayers and blessings upon our Prophet Muhammad, his family, and his Companions.
