Does one who underwrites the salary of a Qur'an teacher receive the reward of the teacher?

Machine translationRead the Arabic original
Fatwa number ( 20707 )
Q: In our city - the city of Badr - there are circles for memorizing the Noble Qur'an, and the teachers in these circles receive salaries. My question, O honorable Shaykh: If I underwrite the salary of one of the memorization teachers, do I receive the reward of every
student who memorizes in this circle
with ten good deeds for every letter, and if this student grows up and teaches the Qur'an and leads the prayers in the mosques, do I receive a reward like his reward because I underwrote the salary of this memorization teacher?

A: If you underwrite the salary of a teacher of the Noble Qur'an, you are rewarded, and this work of yours is among the greatest acts of drawing near to Allah. Every student who memorizes something of the Qur'an through this teacher has a share of the reward for you, without anything being deducted from their rewards. And success is from Allah, and may Allah send prayers and blessings upon our Prophet Muhammad, his family, and his Companions.
