If a daughter is in a lower position than her sisters, is she to be given a preferential gift?

Machine translationRead the Arabic original
Fatwa number ( 18531 )
Q: I have a daughter who earns less than her sisters, and her husband is very poor; his salary does not exceed 2,000 riyals. The financial situation of her sisters' husbands is good, and her poor husband has nothing but a broken-down car that does not meet the basic needs. I would like to buy a car for this daughter and her poor husband, as they have a long-term debt due to the construction of a building for them, their children, and the orphans of her deceased brother. Since the financial circumstances of her siblings are much better than hers, does this conflict with the hadith of the Messenger of Allah (peace and blessings be upon him):
Be afraid of Allah, and be just to your children.اتقوا الله واعدلوا بين أولادكم
Sahih al-Bukhari 2587
or not?

A: If the situation is as described, there is no harm in helping your daughter's husband by buying him a car or helping him with its cost. However, you should not give the daughter anything specifically that is not given to her siblings, because her financial maintenance is obligatory upon her husband. And success is from Allah, and may Allah send prayers and blessings upon our Prophet Muhammad, his family, and his Companions.
