If a daughter’s husband is poor, may she be given from the zakah?

Machine translationRead the Arabic original
The fifth question of the fatwa numbered ( 17575 )
Q5: I have a married daughter whose husband is poor, and her financial maintenance is not obligatory upon me, but rather upon her husband. Is it permissible for me to give her zakat al-fitr
and zakah on wealth in this case, or not? Please inform us?

A5 : It is not permissible for you to give your zakah on wealth to your daughter; because it is not permissible for the ancestors, who are the fathers and those above them, nor for the descendants, who are the children and those below them. However, it is permissible for you to give the zakah to her poor husband. And success is from Allah, and may Allah send prayers and blessings upon our Prophet Muhammad, his family, and his Companions.
