Prayer in a mosque rented from a disbeliever

Machine translationRead the Arabic original
Q: A mosque was built in our area, and its construction was based on a rental agreement with an elderly disbelieving woman. This rent continues until the old woman passes away, according to the contract, and the mosque reverts to the name of the association. So we ask, in light of this situation: 1- Is it permissible to pray in this mosque while it remains the property of the old
disbelieving woman
? 2- Is it permissible to pray in this place, considering it a mosque for which a monthly rent is paid? We are praying in it now, and some people come to the mosque hesitantly; because there is an imam in the area who said: prayer is not permissible in it. Please issue a ruling for us, may Allah reward you with good.

A: There is no harm in praying in this mosque, as there is nothing in the Shari'ah that prevents it. The Prophet (peace and blessings be upon him) said:
the Earth has been made as a Masjid and purifier for meوجعلت لي الأرض مسجدًا وطهورًا
