The marriage of a man to his sister’s sister from his mother, who is his sister from his father

Machine translationRead the Arabic original
Q1: My father divorced my mother, and she married another man named (R.G.), and she has children from him. My question is: about my brother from my mother, from her second husband, who wants to marry my sister from my father from his wife who is still with him, and how does
this marriage become valid, when the husband is my brother from my mother and the wife is my sister from my father?

A1: It is permissible for the questioner’s brother from his mother to marry the questioner’s sister from his father, as she is a stranger to him, and the fact that they are both brothers to the questioner is not considered a barrier that prevents the validity of that marriage.
