A: It is permissible for your sister from your father to marry your brother’s son from your mother. The fact that he is the son of your brother from your mother does not prevent his marriage to her. And success is from Allah, and may Allah send prayers and blessings upon our Prophet Muhammad, his family, and his Companions.
